Frequently Asked Questions
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@thehrenterprises@gmail.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you still have issues, please reach out to us at sales@thehrenterprises@gmail.com.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at sales@thehrenterprises@gmail.com and send your item to our address: 240, Y-Block, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
