Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At The HR Enterprises, our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or software
- Items not in original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still don’t see it, please contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at sales@thehrenterprises@gmail.com and send your item to: 240, Y-Block, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 240, Y-Block, Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
